Kreher Preserve & Nature Center is a hidden gem in Auburn. There is no entry ticket, fully free. It’s a peaceful, well-maintained place with beautiful walking trails surrounded by nature. Perfect for families, kids, or anyone looking for a quiet escape from the city. The trails are easy to walk, and there are plenty of educational displays and activities to enjoy. The staff and volunteers are friendly and welcoming. A wonderful place to relax, learn about nature, and spend quality time outdoors. Highly recommended!

We took our Grands ages 6, 8, and 9. They ABSOLUTELY loved their time there!! Their favorites were the playground, the fairy garden, the sensory trail, and the hike to the pond. We wished we had taken food for the turtles. It is a hidden gem!

Cute nature park with easy walking trails, a small waterfall. A great playground with a water pump station, swings, and lots to climb on. Wonderful place to picnic.

This is an awesome place if you enjoy walks through nature. They have a playground, garden, education center and have a good bit of events. They also do nature education themed birthday parties, my daughter loved it. They have some insects, reptiles, and amphibians in their education center which are fun to see if it is open. I'm really looking forward to the sensory garden. Just know, they don't allow dogs.
